We had a lovely stay (again) at Pickalbatros Villagio Portofino. This time, we made a mistake to book just a single guest when we are actually two. In conjunction with Booking, Mr. Haitham made sure to arrange for our stay and also booked a snorkeling trip to make it even more memorable. Just like last time, not a single detail was left out and they treat their guests as best as they possibly can. The jetty is amazing we can find a lot of beautiful marine life there. We will repeat it again.

Everything was excellent! The beach is beautiful, massive pools. Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

Tudo, desde as condições do quarto e do próprio hotel, a proximidade da praia, o Buffett completo e diversificado, as bebidas do all inclusive eram bem servidas. Os funcionários sempre bastante simpáticos e prestáveis. Um agradecimento especial ao Ahmed da receção que foi fantástico. Sem dúvidas uma experiência excecional que queremos voltar a repetir.

O Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada está localizado em frente ao mar com praia privada e disponibiliza uma piscina exterior, um parque infantil e um terraço. Funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos. Variedade de comidas, o hotel possui três restaurantes principais e um próximo da praia contendo snacks, pizza e massas. Sorvetes até 17:00hrs. O gerente de recepção, nome Sherif, foi muito prestativo e atencioso, um funcionário excepcional. O garçom Ahrmed do Wow foi espetacular, muito prestativo.
