The hotel was very wonderful... all the staff are excellent except for Mr. Mahmoud Sultan, he is wonderful and helps in everything and is very polite... my experience with the food was excellent and varied, especially the Italian restaurant... the arrival time was at 11:00 AM on 22/07, we were treated with great professionalism and the rooms were received in less than an hour... the rooms are beautiful and clean and the service is excellent... the view from the rooms view on the pool was wonderful, there were two rooms 3128 / 3119 Again i would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud Sultan i will recomended the hotel for all special because soltan is good good man

Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The food was exceptional, all the staff was very welcoming and genuinely kind. Everyone strived to make this the best experience possible. There were lots of activities (pool, beach, jaccuzi, ping pong, tennis, basketball, soccer, evening programs with live music and dances and more activities) We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure again.

Tasty food in buffet restaurants but the same in a la carte restaurants. Nice and modern gym. We also liked the beach area and the waters are crystal clear. We can only recommend. Thank you! 🙏

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

We have only ever been to an all-inclusive resort once before, a 3 day stay in Mexico. The Grand Palace was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was great. The grounds were lovely. The staff was amazing. From our housekeeper Araby to the wait staff to the front desk people, we were treated very well. I’m not the best one to judge resorts, but this stay was very, very enjoyable.

My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)
