Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

Our stay at Gemma Resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, welcomed with cold drinks and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

Featuring a private beach, Blend Elphistone Resort Marsa Alam is located in the south of the Red Sea. It offers 4 outdoor pools, a diving center and a gym. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the food was great 👍 beach was clean, and the sea had a fantastic coral reef where you can go snorkeling or diving.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" has a fitness centre, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Quseir. What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort is located near to Port Ghalib, 42 km from Marsa Alam. Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Food was amazing and the room had a direct sea view /thank you so much for this amazing holiday

The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spotless and provided all the amenities I needed for a great stay. A huge thank you to Mr. Hosny, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference. Thanks to him, I felt truly welcome and looked after, and he helped make my experience memorable.
