Nice cosy hotel, very clean and very comfortable. Bigger rooms than usual and very elegant. Staff is amiable. Location is great, in the heart of Paddington. Impecable hot water, warm. Beds very comfortable. We really had a good time. We will return for sure.

The room was spacious, and there was room service each day. I appreciated the refrigerator and having milk provided for tea. Breakfast had a variety of foods which were delicious. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The front desk staff were helpful as was the young man who portered heavy luggage for my friend.
