The newly renovated Radisson Blu GRT Hotel is a luxury hotel which is truly the first ‘SMART’ hotel in Chennai with the latest state of art technology and is post pandemic proofed aligning to the... Convenience to the airport for early morning and avoid traffic in busy Chennai! The room was very spacious and all the comforts I could need for a relaxing overnight stay...the bed was especially comfortable and very large !! Smart technology ... it was very easy to understand and use for lighting / curtains etc I had a foot massage treatment in the lovely Spa area downstairs ...it was top class treatment and felt so good. I enjoyed an evening meal in my room and it was delivered in 30mins from ordering.

Very comfortable room with balcony .Thanks for the upgrade.Delicious meals in all restaurants, especially at Dum Pukht Begum’s . Staff very courteous and helpful.Mr Udhit at Conciergerie made our stay memorable organising our tours beautifully.Sudanshu at Goncolda restaurant was most efficient.

ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad, A Luxury Collection Hotel offers comfortable and cozy accommodations in Hyderabad. The property features 3 dining options & a Bar, outdoor pool and a spa and wellness center. The hotel is luxurious and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Breakfast is a feast, offering food types from around the world. We had a large Club Room and enjoyed the evening supper and drinks at the Marco Polo Lounge. Most guests seemed to be business people, in small groups, and the tone of the Club was quiet and relaxing, but a tad serious. We were tourists, and appreciated the genuine warm welcome we received each night from Azmat. Azmat always welcomed us with a big smile and remembered our seating and wine preferences. He was the brightest spirit in the room and always made our visit special, without overwhelming the general atmosphere of the Club. As we were first time tourists to Hyderabad, we were grateful for the advice and help received from the Concierge Kishore. He organised cars and drivers for us, and provided suggestions and clarification of the sites we planned to visit. In particular, he clarified the visiting rules for the former British Residency, which we had high on our list of places to see. He phoned a travel colleague and completely reversed the visiting arrangements which are to be found generally online. We were so grateful to him.

Breakfast offerings were abundant, changed almost daily, and suited a variety of tastes. Check-in/checkout and airport transfer were all handled effectively by staff. The hotel is also located conveniently close to city attractions, some walkable, but many accessible by a short car ride.

Restaurant is infrornt of resort, so dis not faced any issues for foods. Our Pets too enjoyed in this resort.

Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Looking forward to coming back!
