Just 2 minutes walk from Basilica Santa Maria Novella. The staff is friendly and polite. They served us coffee on our arrival and took care for our luggages to bring them up and down stairs. We could even leave the luggage after our check out without any obligation. The room is nice and clean. There are stairs of course because it is an antique building but inside it is very well furnished and beautifully renovated.
