The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️

From the location, to the staff and services. Highly recommend it, although better to book it with an all-inclusive package as meals in the restaurant can be a bit pricey. The food was great anyway!

The hotel offers everything you need, with some extra water activities (some of them included). Food and drinks are quite good. The rooms are large and comfortable, even the junior suite. There are lots of options of drinks in the bars and the main restaurant also offers a great variety of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't use the pools, but there three options, being one of them a bar pool. An agenda with daily activities is available and you can easily access the schedule through the RIU App, which is quite practical.

We had an enjoyable time. I would like to praise the security who was there on the night of the 8th February, 2025 as he saved us from being held up by a man on a bike who followed us and tried to say that I hit him with my car. I believe his intention was to rob us. The guard quickly closed the gate and told him the police were going to be called and with that he departed quickly. I reported it to the police the next day and will be sending them my video footage from my car.
