The location and design are stunning! This is the hotel for those whose tastes run to traditional, organic, natural and homespun. Nothing corporate or soulless here! A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️

The location is amazing with the best sunset views. My only complaint is that it has no steps from the terrace/beach area to the lower pool and swim up bar.

Excellent location directly on the beach. Pleasant staff. Good food. Beach area was lovely, with natural shade from palm trees. Housekeeping was fine. Lovely room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is well named as an ‘Inn’ as it has that relaxed informal atmosphere. I appreciated that we were given a quiet room as requested, upgrading the room so that they could fulfil the request. It’s not too influenced by American culture as a few of the other Negril hotels are, so tipping was discrete and there were no pointless TV screens in the restaurant, which pleased us.

Being 1 hours’ drive from Montego Bay, the Azul Beach Resort Negril is a beachfront property that offers an outdoor pool, massage services and a... Great variety with breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mahogany. Pool access was excellent as was the cleanliness . Kids loved that! Beach was never crowded. It was clean and water was warm. Beautiful and clean landscaping. Oceans gave great lunch. Housekeeper Carol was excellent. Veronica in Mahogany was professional and welcoming always. Maintenance was good at responding to issue .
