The location in the jungle and away from the tourist areas was great. We were able to relax very well after being woken up in the morning by birdsong. The staff were always in a good mood and very attentive, the food was plentiful and very tasty. The concierge in particular (who we have to apologise for forgetting his name) was extremely helpful. He waited for us until 01:00 after we had some problems with our hire car at the airport. On the last of our three nights, we even received a free upgrade to one of the villas with a private pool. Thank you very much for a very relaxing start to our holiday.

Atelier Playa Mujeres- Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort is offering accommodation in Playa Mujeres, With free WiFi, this 5-star resort offers a private beach area and a 24-hour front desk. The resort is a dream. It looks awesome and very new. The staff was so so kind and willing to help. The gym is really really good, and the pool area is really nice too. The food has a very high level, and the restaurants are very fine. Even the breakfast buffet is incredible, with lots of different things to eat. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very luxurious. I had 3 very relaxing days at the hotel.

The attention to details is immeasurable. This was the most beautiful experience I ever had so far. If you’re looking for a place where to be arrested in peace and supported on every side of your vacation, this is the best place for you .

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

From the moment we arrived at the airport and were greeted by the concierge staff, picked up and driven to the Hotel and then booked in the friendliness, politeness and professionalism was outstanding. An amazing service from start to finish throughout our entire staff.
