The food was great, I tried many things and all were awesome. The staff took care my every need and concern. If you mobility issues, they are there to assist you. The pools were amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing...just go!

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

Everything, 1st the staff 9all of them) were amazing from the moment we arrived, wonderful service, warms welcomes everyday , they made the trip special and enjoyable. All areas of the hotel were very nicely kept, very clean and comfortable. Food, all restaurants were excellent.
