From the moment we stepped into Casa Nonna, we knew this place was something truly special. We were warmly welcomed and given a beautiful tour of the hotel by Tatiana, who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We’re Spanish and very familiar with what good food and great service look like, but Casa Nonna exceeded every expectation we had. It was, without a doubt, an experience unlike any other. From our stunning suite to the attention to detail in every interaction, everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was an absolute dream. Fresh, varied, and served with such care that it became one of the highlights of our days. The room service also deserves special recognition: every dish we ordered felt like it came straight from a Michelin-starred kitchen. The quality, flavors, and presentation were all simply outstanding. The restaurant Morchella deserves a special mention. The service was flawless, and the food… absolutely unforgettable. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve had better pasta here than in Italy. Every dish was crafted with love and skill, full of flavor and creativity. I’m genuinely emotional as I write this, because I’ve never felt this way when leaving a hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many five-star properties around the world, but Casa Nonna has left a lasting impression on me. I leave with tears in my eyes, and a deep certainty that I will return. The turquoise waters, the exquisite cuisine, the peaceful elegance of the place, and above all, the heartfelt kindness of the entire team deserve far more than a simple review. So, from the bottom of my heart — thank you endlessly.

Our hotel stay was outstanding—one of our best holidays. The large property offers many activities, a private beach with both sandy and deep areas (swimming shoes suggested), and reservable cabanas with full-day amenities. There's a spacious infinity pool, several smaller pools including a children's pool, and convenient elevators connecting the hillside location. The main restaurant provides buffet meals, plus three à la carte options (fish, Turkish, Italian) by reservation. Multiple bars and a scenic Tea Garden with sunset views enhance the experience. Located 10 kilometers from Bodrum in a tranquil bay, the property is proximate to other renowned hotels. Bodrum is reachable in approximately 20 minutes via minibus, which runs every 10–20 minutes. Airport transfers by taxi or shuttle require roughly 30 minutes. The level of service was consistently outstanding. Manager Mr. Burak demonstrated exemplary professionalism, reaching out via messenger prior to our arrival to address any needs. After learning about our preference for a peaceful holiday, he upgraded our room and arranged restaurant and cabana bookings for our immediate post-flight relaxation. He was happy to help us with all our questions and when we met him, he was always interested in whether we liked everything. Our personal guest manager, Ms. Zarina, maintained continual contact, expertly assisting with leisure arrangements, restaurant reservations, and practical guidance for reaching and navigating the city. Prompt and effective support was always available. All staff, including those at dining venues, displayed the highest standards of professionalism. I would like to especially note housekeeping services that were discreet and timely, preparing our room during our outings. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Burak, Ms. Zarina, and the entire team for their exemplary hospitality, which significantly contributed to the excellence of our vacation.

The resort radiates luxury, calmness, and world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and offer stunning views of the sea – especially at sunset! The all-inclusive concept is top-tier. The food was of excellent quality with a wide variety every day – from delicious Turkish specialties to international dishes, all prepared with great care. The drinks were premium, and we never lacked for anything. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. They are the heart of Rixos Bodrum. You could really feel that they love their jobs and genuinely care about the guests. We were especially well taken care of by Asya and Atakan, who were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything – they truly made a difference. In the Italian restaurant, we had the best service from Emre, who was attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming – a true pleasure to be served by. And this goes for everyone – the beach staff, buffet restaurant team, and the housekeeping crew – all showed the same warmth and dedication to giving us the best possible experience. Every single staff member contributed to making us feel seen, pampered, and completely at ease throughout our stay. The facilities were also exceptional: crystal clear water, private beaches, beautiful pools, and lush surroundings that invite pure relaxation. We’ve traveled a lot, but Rixos Bodrum is without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely be coming back.

Located at the seafront of Bitez, Costa Bitezhan Hotel offers a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna and a hammam. The stay was amazing, the staff was really helpful. Our hist Seçil Hanim was a great help, very kind, lovely and took good care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. Very welcoming staff at reception and throughout. Beautifully designed hotel with clean and modern rooms individually situated with lovely views. Restaurant food was very good and the outdoor seating with views of the castle superb. Comfortable loungers around the pool.
