The massage is really professional and relaxing. The staffs are very nice, the daily activities are really interesting, the animation team is the best, especially Aykut！He is passionate, funny, energetic and friendly. He made our stay more wonderful.

Our stay in the hotel was really unbelievable and worth the money. The hotel has a huge territory with lots of entertaining places, several indoor and outdoor pools, many restaurants, private beach and bars that provide free drinks all day long. The food was excellent 👌main restaurant was my fav place to eat. The room was clean and cozy. Entertainment group was working all day to make everyones stay more exiting. I especially remembered Can , the guy who was taking care of everyone’s mood. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave the hotel🥹

Great variety, quality and presentation. We even liked it more than in similar hotels in Spain, Italy or Greece - Entertainment! Great for children and adults! Amazing water sports facility- my husband did catamaran sailing, windsurfing and water-ski. Kids enjoy daily banana boat rides and canoe. Everything included! Surrounded by mountains, amazing beach, lots of nice trees and flowers. Even an own zoo - Rooms. Family rooms are great (but you need to walk uphill). Excellent cleaning. Lots of little touches

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.
