Everything! The room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was awesome. The view of Thunder Mountain from the balcony is good but partially obstructed by vegetation and aspect. The bread, supplied daily, was a very nice touch as well as being delicious! The “extras” - soft drinks, snacks, water, cookies etc were all included. There was a fridge in the room for all the free drinks. The freshly cooked breakfast served in the room was delicious. All the staff were excellent especially Innkeeper Zak. This is a small hotel with just 6 rooms (I think?) and has a lovely ambience. Parking is free and on-site. Sedona itself, the Red Rock area, is wonderfully scenic. We had an outstanding stay and thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel.

This is a delightful small hotel in a wonderful western town setting. We did not want to get into the heat of Phoenix on the way back from Sedona and the Grand Canyon so we chose Wickenburg for a one night stay and are so happy we did. Jenny at check in had a quiet room for us, plus gave us the details on dining and shopping in Wickenburg. The room was very quiet with a view of the lawns with the rabbits playing. The beds were super comfortable and the coffee excellent. Sadly it was a one night stay on the way to Phoenix to fly back. We had an early check out and Michelle was there to give us our breakfast coupons. A free breakfast from Denny's located right next to the property. You have your choice of several meals and it was nice and filling. A lovely hotel in a small Arizona town, great service, location and amenities. For sure we would go again.

Featuring a partially-covered outdoor pool and hot tub, this hotel is 25 minutes’ drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Free Wi-Fi is included in all rooms. The staff was great! There was a issue with our room hot tub that we didn’t notice until late in the night, we requested a new room, immediately we received a new room! No hassle! The food was good, complimentary breakfast and dinner!! And drinks on the house, drink vouchers, who does that?! Nice little bar with the best bar food in town, great bartender! Our knew hideaway! The Sheridan House Inn is most definitely the best kept secret in the state of Arizona. My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of places around the world and this place was exactly what we were looking for in a Bed and Breakfast. It is charming, quiet, clean, relaxing and a great location for a visit to the Grand Canyon. Debbie and Mark are the perfect hosts! Their passion for what they do is evident everywhere you look, including their attention to each and every detail. We felt pampered from the minute we stepped onto the property. Absolutely anything you need or want has been addressed by them. And did I mention the food? You will NEVER eat a better tasting gourmet breakfast anywhere else! Trust me on this. Definitely the highlight of our three days there. And if you choose to dine in for dinner one evening, Debbie and Mark will make it an experience you will never stop talking about. Debbie and Mark clearly love what they do. They are not only great hosts, but they are great people. On your next trip to the Grand Canyon or Sedona, I highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House Inn. It will not disappoint.

We had a large casita in the back looking out at the pool in one direction & to a courtyard the other where we enjoyed a nice glass of wine & the beautiful weather. Our night rest was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing! Main house was charming with cozy fire going & nice reading material.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sunny. We were lucky to meet him at the font desk. He was friendly and most helpful. My daughter was frustrated about the time conflicted schedule to visit the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon. We were not sure whether we could go there both in the same day. Sunny was so kind to contact both places for us even in late evening and early in the morning. Finally we could see how beautiful they both were. Without Sunny we must not have this chance.
