Offering a complimentary breakfast, Hyatt House New York/Chelsea is 644 metres from the Empire State Building. Excellent room with a great view from the 22nd floor. Everything looks brand new. The room is not big but it is comfortable with a refrigerator and a big tv.

I loved my stay at this hostel. I arrived at 8 am which was much earlier than check-in time but they let me not only leave my bags but also take a hot shower and eat their delicious complimentary, all day breakfast. The pods were very comfortable. I loved the privacy it gave me unlike sleeping on a bunk in a crowded dormitory. Quiet hours from 8:30 pm to 8 am meant I could have a peaceful sleep without being disturbed by partying teens like in other hostels. The location was amazing. 15 mins walk from The Empire State Building and right next to a subway stop. Cannot ask for a more central place.
