As in every other hotel from this chain I've stayed the hotel is excellent, always clean, it has a lot of things to do in the hotel itself. The room was great, and the bed was really comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. And it's really close Osaka's Station.

We had the 15th floor suite which was spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for the 4 of us and all our luggage. The location was excellent, right near Shin-Osaka station and the Midosuji subway line which meant we could easily get where we needed to. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet with some restaurants around which was nice on those nights we didn't want to deal with the crowds in Osaka and Namba.

Great stay, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow a travel adaptor and the staff couldn’t really get what I was asking for, and she brought a few adaptors to my door to clarify. Really nice of them!
