Location is excellent. 200m away from Suehirochō Station and 650m away from Akihabara Station. Plenty of restaurants and electronics shops around. Check-in starts at 3pm and is done from an automated kiosk, where you put in your details, and the key-card pops out. Staff is always nearby to help you with it. Room was very clean. Housekeeping is provided on request, however they drop off a care package with fresh towels, toiletries and coffee every day. Bed is very comfortable. The toilet is small but all the facilities are well positioned so that I did not have any issue with using the sink, toilet and shower. There is a small fridge in the room as well. I was on the 8th floor and the room was very quiet. The window opens slightly, however the view is of the next building over. The AC was highly adjustable, however the temperature outside was ~20° so i didn't really need it. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers on the reception level. However i found that the dryers were almost always occupied. The status of the washers and dryers can be viewed from the TV in the room which was nice. Overall i had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

All the APA hotels are very well maintained properties to stay during Japan trip, hassle free checkin and checkout. Location of this hotel is the best as nearby stations are just 2-3 min walk away. You can travel anywhere in Tokyo if you are staying here. Sensoji temple, Tokyo sky tower are just 10-20min walk away. 7 eleven and Lawson is just other side of the road so that helps a lot to pick something for the day if you are heading out for a hectic day or returning back.

Most of the time you cannot go wrong with an APA hotel. I stayed at 3 APA hotels during this trip and the service was amazing. Affordable, comfy rooms (if you have a lot of luggage those might feel too small), AC, help forwarding luggage, keep their luggage for you before check in, you can pay extra for early check in. most of them have amazing locations near train stations, staff is amazing and some of them have laundry machines. Weird take: I loved their shampoo. 10000/10.
