Staff is always nearby to help you with it. Room was very clean. Housekeeping is provided on request, however they drop off a care package with fresh towels, toiletries and coffee every day. Bed is very comfortable. The toilet is small but all the facilities are well positioned so that I did not have any issue with using the sink, toilet and shower. There is a small fridge in the room as well. I was on the 8th floor and the room was very quiet. The window opens slightly, however the view is of the next building over. The AC was highly adjustable, however the temperature outside was ~20° so i didn't really need it. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers on the reception level. However i found that the dryers were almost always occupied. The status of the washers and dryers can be viewed from the TV in the room which was nice. Overall i had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Affordable, comfy rooms (if you have a lot of luggage those might feel too small), AC, help forwarding luggage, keep their luggage for you before check in, you can pay extra for early check in. most of them have amazing locations near train stations, staff is amazing and some of them have laundry machines. Weird take: I loved their shampoo. 10000/10.
