I came across APA which Paolo from Tokyo covered on YouTube and the staff exemplified the same service standard as the Shinjuku branch.

Nice hosts. Delicious Japanese breakfast. Spacious room.
Great location. Spacious for Japan. Parking. Big pluses for kitchenette and washing machine and dryer although you'll need to be able to read Japanese to read the instructions.
This hotel is a typical Japanese style accommodation. It is very comfortable having a lounge and kitchen where you can sit western style but still is typically Japanese. It also looked onto a quaint little garden. It is in the middle of the porcelain street in Arita if that is what you are going there for. The owner is very helpful and speaks English if required. Some nice little temples and porcelain museums around. Short taxi ride from the station or quite a long walk. A nice quiet place to stay.
The room is big than most Japanese hotels. Dinner and breakfast buffet style. Very nice view outside . The hotel area I see camp sites also.
The view from our room was amazing, as we could see Karatsu Castle and we were right on the river. The staff were very helpful and recommended a nice Japanese restaurant for dinner. We could park our car right across from the hotel, which was very convenient.
This guesthouse was a pleasant surprise with a very kind and generous host, home cooked breakfast, free water/tea, very clean amenities and quiet nights in a tastefully decorated old Japanese house. Definitely recommendable!
It was immaculately clean! A fantastic traditional Japanese home experience. Lots of lovely extras.. snacks/ tea/ coffee, etc, free continental breakfast. Would be great for a family of 4. A pleasure to self cater at because everything you could possibly need provided.
Very large space for Japanese standards.
+ every detail was perfect, stylish, friendly, traditional, Japanese
Seating area in the room. Japanese pillow (sobakawa?) is very nice. Very helpful and kind staff. Thank you for all your help! The recommendation to eat at Shino restaurant was really good.
