The room is very small and may not be ideal for solo traveller who are big in size. But the room facilities everything was exceptional. Really clean, brand new and friendly staff.

It was the perfect choice for us, because after spending the day in crowded areas this was pretty relaxing. The rooms are practical furnished and very clean. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Tokyo train station is only 20min walking.

My first time in Japan and the room was small, like they described but very comfortable.

Breakfast is varied and ends at a very generous 10.30am, perfect for holiday lie-ins. The pool was closed but the sky lounge is great to sit in with a view of Tokyo. The onsens (hot springs) were an interesting experience and Japanese gowns and slippers were provided in the rooms. The rooms are small but we made it work with four suitcases fitting under the bed, and it's still excellent value for the location so would highly recommend.

EspeciallyI was worreid about the size of the bed, but the furnished bed was large enough for an adult man. I cannot complain anything when considering the price. Location is perfect. Short distance to a Yamanote line, walking distance to both Ueno park and Akihabara. and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, a few of them even operating 24 hours.

Very close to the airport, in a mostly residential area, we found walking the streets around very beautiful. The room was bigger than other APA's, but even if it were not, we knew that rooms tend to be small. Very helpful and patient staff. Close to a couple of very beautiful shrines.
