Everything was super clean, we had coffee, tea and fresh towels everyday, the tv info showed places to eat and shop around the hotel, also things like if the washing machine downstairs is busy :) there were movies and tv shows to watch for free, air con controlled from the bed and so on. Really happy with the experience. They even kept our luggage for a day after check out.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I like that this hotel is exactly how they described it. It is very near Akihabara Station. That is the most attractive point of this property. There is a Halal Indonesian Restaurant nearby. The room is small but it is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet is in the same space but that's alright as there are only 2 of us in the room. The bed is comfortable. Everything is perfect. The cleaning staffs sends us new fresh towels and yukata daily even when we put up that we don't need room cleaning. The staffs are very friendly. I booked 2 rooms and requested for the rooms to be near each other and they provided that. I also asked for the rooms to be at the lowest floor possible and they gave us the rooms at 2nd floor. Perfect! A hotel near train station, a comfortable bed and an excellent customer care service. What more can you ask for? I strongly recommend this hotel for other travelers,
