This was such a great find to both explore Vlorë and if you need to be close to the Port for immigration. It is just 3min from one of many busy roads where you can find restaurants, exchanges and markets. We were able to leave our luggage here while we explored other parts of Albania and we loved the free coffee and water, as much as you want! We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and everything was exactly as described. The location was great, and the photos matched reality.
