Great vibes, cozy and comfortable stay! The apartment was made to feel at home, came with kitchen amenities as well. Everything was done online including check-in, with information provided, and even though I had a few questions prior to arrival, their response via booking.com was super fast. Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless with a balcony full of flowers and a breathtaking view, and it had everything we needed for cooking. Dinner was delicious, breakfast with fresh pastries, fruits, desserts and great coffee was a highlight. We also loved the 24-hour pool – in the evening we had it all to ourselves, which made the experience unforgettable. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

I booked this room last-minute and yet the price was okay! My friends had arranged this trip long ago and I had the chance to join at the last moment so we thought we can split more evenly, so I brought one more person in the room and the customer service easily and rapidly assisted me. The room was nice and cozy, there was hot water all-day around and it's just 5-6 minutes from Innsbruck Hbf. which was very pleasing. Thanks for the experience. See you again!
