Absolutely beautiful property with a beautiful host who made us feel so welcome. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was soooooo comfortable. The sound of the river outside, just dreamy! We loved playing chess and drinking the delicious white wine that was available in the common area. We were also able to cook our own food in the HUGE kitchen. The mountain views from the bedroom was just the cherry on top of an amazing stay.

The apartment was a clean, pretty new, nice desiged, faire-price. It is located 3 minutes away from the bus stations from which you can reach Bad Gastein or Bad Hoffgastein in less than 10 minutes. The busses stop directly in front of the skii lift. The apartment had a nice small kitchen with microwave and Nesspresso machine and a dining space, which we enjoyed for having breakfast and dinner every day. The owner and his father were super helpful and kind.

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

Everything was perfect. We liked the swimming pool and kids playroom. Also it was cool that you could buy tickets for everything in reception (sales included). We will come back again :-).

Fantastic hotel at the centre of Kaprun. Super market at a walking distance, main cable car at 200m. All restaurants and caffees at walking distance. Apartment was big, very comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent value for money and will certainly consider it for coming back.
