Conveniently located next to a lift, friendly reception staff, even though we stayed for only 4 nights we did get clean towels and a light clean, and the place was nicely equipped (including coffee machine that was filled with beans). Good storage room for ski equipment.

The manager is very kind which goes for the staff as well. Everything went smooth and the appartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is great, at the higher edge of the town but still 5 minutes form the center where the restaurants and shops are. Bike storage room and underground garage are free of charge. Three bike lifts are within 5 minutes radius by bike.

Great experience, super friendly staff that always helped us out. We could even shower after we finished skiing and were already checked out. The apartments/rooms are great, never have I ever seen such multifunctional rooms in a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen, music boxes etc. would really recommend it anyone who wants to visit Saalbach.

"I recently spent an unforgettable 3 nights at this hotel with my friends and I couldn't be more impressed. The location of the hotel is simply perfect - right on the ski slope! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. A special shout-out to Elizabeth, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay a success, and to Piroska, the cleaning lady, who kept our rooms spotless. Thank you both for your exceptional service and for making our trip so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience, especially those looking for a ski holiday. Keep up the great work!"
