Well-supplied (tea, coffee, washing detergent etc.) and well-maintained unit. + Close to bus stops, and walking distance to metro station. + Location also surrounded by several nice cafes, and close to supermarket. + Plenty of space for 2 people. + Washing machine + dryer combo. Drying rack and iron also available. + Self-service luggage storage and 'essentials closet' provided. + Responsive and friendly team - communication was a breeze.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Vienna and we loved our stay in this wonderful hotel. Everything in this hotel was perfect especially cleanliness. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We felt like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family travelers. You have everything you need near by, the train station, Spar market, shopping mall, etc.. The free coffee in the hotel was better and tastier than any other in the city! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. :)

Although we are not very picky people, we do not give out 10/10 easily, so hear me out. First of all, my wife is a very visual person and we immediately noticed the cozy, yet stylish interior. Most of all, it was clean (thanks to Veronica!)! Second of all, the neighborhood was quiet, just in the area of the University of Vienna. There were students around, but nothing loud or inappropriate took place. Third, there was a nice little bakery just 30 seconds from the main entrance. Fourth, there was an amazing local restaurant nearby (suggested by the reception), which was the best restaurant experience in Vienna for us! Fifth, my wife is usually freezing most of the time, but in our room it was warm! Nevertheless, most of what took my heart in this place was the atmosphere: friendly yet not inappropriately overwhelming. And it was the small things: free coffee every morning on the ground floor, lounge area in the rooms to sit by the table and have a snack, TV that could be turned to see easily from the lounge area, luggage storage for our very last day in Vienna, environmentally conscious room cleaning. All of that made us feel like welcomed guests!

This is our second Reservation in Jimmy's Apartment. And I can absolutely recommend it!! The Apartment is very clean, quiet and cute, the bed is comfortable, in the kitchen is everything what you need. A flat is a few minutes apart from subway and Lidl and Restaurants. Easy Check in and the WiFi connection was very good. This is the perfect place for a trip with family and friends.

    This is a really nice 'aparthotel' in a pleasant area of Vienna - ideal for self-catering business travellers going to events in the Austria Centre - a very short walk away. Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, absolutely silent at night (our rooms looked over the courtyard, but the area is very quiet). Changing plans to have a colleague stay with me and have the sofa-bed made up were handled easily. Bed and sofa-bed comfortable and all bedding very nice. Good shower. Highly Recommended!!
