We loved everything. The location, everything is within walking distance to where we wanted to go. The pictures of the room are exactly as shown, it was super clean, the staff were fantastic and accommodating, we will be staying here again next time we travel to Canberra.

This was an exceptional experience! The hotel systems run smoothly and efficiently, the staff are well trained and polite, the room was setup with everything that I needed and was very comfortable. I especially loved that they are making an effort to reduce their waste through programs like Soap Aid, and they clean without chemical products. Highly recommend.

The unit was spacious modern and clean. All of the utilities were available and the beds were excellent. Even had a swim in the beautiful deep pool. Set in an amazing area close to quality scenery.

The guy on reception was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely helpful, suggested great places to eat and found somewhere for our very large van. He also made us a fantastic coffee the next morning. The apartment was clean with a great fridge and big TV and a little balcony so you could have fresh air. It’s only a 10 minute drive into town and fantastic value for money!

    If you are after spacious home-like apartments this place is great - I booked a one-bedroom but was given a vast two-bedroom place that felt more like a house. It's not a full-service hotel and it doesn't pretend to be, but I really appreciated that I asked the receptionist if I could print something for me and she did it with no charge.
