The check-in is smooth, and the staff is friendly. Felt warm upon entering the room on a cold days, the warmer was turned on prior. It was great! Comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows in cupboard. TV in each room!

Very clean and organised. Amenities provided were very thoughtful e.g sponge and dishwashing liquid, range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Neighbourhood was fantastic, nice and quiet, not too far out from the city either. Receptionist was very friendly.

Maree on reception was so lovely and accommodating, you could tell she loved her job! Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the view from the top floor balcony. It was extremely spacious! Great for the four of us.

The 2 bedroom apartment was incredibly modern and clean and so comfortable we actually decided that we would come back again. The ensuite was huge and given the end of the trip was just perfect to wind down. The location was awesome
