I had a seminar at the New Bulgarian University, and it appears that the apartment is very near. The host, also, is very responsive and accommodating to any of the concerns I have. The studio is complete with everything, including utensils and some cookware if you want to cook. There is a hot shower, and the water supply is also strong. Wifi connection is also strong. They also supplied towels and some toiletries, and there is a hair blower. The apartment is also near to bus stops and metro. There is a nearby supermarket and some shops to buy food. They also have a vending machine at the reception area.

The hotel has a pleasant, modern design. It is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to check in very late in the night everything was smooth. The breakfast was not included in a price, but it was good and at a moderate cost.

The place was spotless! Super clean! Customer service was great. There was a bit of a miscommunication about getting into the apartment earlier then expected because we had a birthday party basically as soon as we arrived, BUT the host was very accommodating and we really appreciate that! Location seems great although we were in and out but there is a grocery store and a gas station very close for those that are staying for more than a day or two. I also loved that there was a smart t.v. This is very convenient with small kids who have been traveling for four hours. I also loved that there was free parking!

Nestled in a beautiful, light-filled spot, the property offers spacious rooms that are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A small detail that made a big difference for me - they even had an iron! The view from my room was great - a nostalgic and atmospheric scene with many trees surrounding the hotel. Just steps away, you'll find a variety of great restaurants (Raketa Rakia Bar, Staria Chinar) and a tiny comfy cafeteria (Contour). And the city center is just a short 10-minute walk away. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, they made me feel truly welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel - it's a gem!

The room was impeccably clean and impressively spacious, complete with an array of amenities including a convenient coffee and tea station, a fully equipped kitchen, and a realy comfortable bed. The reception staff was really helpful, and welcoming. Wi-fi was great and stable.

    Brand new Aparthotel ran by a family. The room was spacious and SPOTLESS (I've never seen such a standard even at 5* hotels). Cleverly designed so you have everything you might need - whether you decide to cook or not. There is a separate laundry room and ironing facilities for long stays (we haven't used). It's about 20-25 min walk to the centre, which is not a big deal for us, but since it was raining, we've used taxi quite a bit (was EUR 3-5 at most). Great restaurants nearby and very safe.
