I have to start with the personnel at the reception who were amazing, professional, humble, and very helpful. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable and especially the pillows were confi. The breakfast was amazing different choices and the food was very delicious. Personally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, and close to very good restaurants too.

Next to shopping at the Rideau Centre and surrounded by dining and entertainment, this all-suite hotel in the centre of Ottawa, Ontario offers fully furnished accommodation and enjoyable facilities.

Very clean and nicely decorated space. My room was very clean, quiet, and had a desk. Perfect for sleep at night and working during the day. The shared facilities including the bathroom and kitchen were clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. There were different areas for multiple guests to sit in. It felt secure for a shared residence, with a lock on each room door.

Lovely clean property, decorated so nice and really comfortable. Stayed on the top floor , felt safe. The neighbour Paul is so lovely he lives in the middle flat and is such a nice guy , made us feel extra safe and felt like if we needed anything he would be there.
