This is our second time here. We love where the hotel is situated. It is nice and peaceful but also surrounded by niche little coffee shops. It is also only 5 minutes walk from the subway, a short walk to the canton tower and plenty of food options nearby. Staff are very friendly and our room is always clean. When we don't have breakfast, staff bring fruit to our room which we appreciate very much. They have a variety of options for breakfast so if you don't want Chinese breakfast you can have bacon and eggs or cereal. Manager is very friendly and attentive too. We will choose to stay in this hotel again for future visits.

A very grand apartment hotel, convenient location, nice view, spacious and the most special and invaluable experience is the steam bath facilities inside the bathroom. I especially would like to express my gratitude to the lady room service maid who was on duty on 16/8 on 29/Floor. Because after checkin, I called the room service team asking about how to operate the remote control and the steam bath button before I went out shortly. Then upon my return I found a room service lady staff patiently waited for my return outside my room and helped me how to operate the steam bath button. This is the first time ever in my life to stay in a hotel with a steam bath facilities inside the room. It’s really marvelous and comfortable after a long time out.

Staff was super friendly. For the same price I even got better room than ordered. Excellent location in the centre of Guangzhou. I could walk everywhere on foot. In the vicinity a lot of nice places to eat, coffee/tea shops (especially I recommend Chagee), and a bar with craft beer and sports (Juice Robot). Watching premier league and seeping a pint in the middle of the night might not be a typically Chinese experience, but it's great countermeasure for jet lag. Great value for money overall.
