Our stay exceeded expectations. The Family Premier room had a small living room with a sofa bed, large desk and the bedroom was of decent size. The small kitchen was good for heating up or fixing meals. The apartment was really clean and had a nice city view. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. There were fruits, salads, cold items, hot items - both local and continental, as well as live counter for eggs and noodle soup etc. The items changed every day which kept it even more interesting. Nanjing road was 2 mins away, People square station and park around 5 min walk. Bund was around 20 mins by foot. Hotel is in a quieter location, but near most everything. It's much nicer than the pictures i'm sharing.

The entire building is super clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the gym is super convenient, spacious, and well-ventilated, and there's a billiard table and a piano to have fun. The place was perfect!!

Incredible staff, hotel and services. They upgraded us to the Deluxe room for our anniversary, I literally couldn't order delivery from the Meituan due to it being Chinese, and one of the staff members ordered it for me and had me pay him immediately via AliPay Needed detergent, delivered. Needed a cot, done. Left a very meaningful handwritten note, and lots of help throughout Incredible place, definitely where I'll stay again when I'm back in Shanghai

We stayed 1 week and we enjoyed it very much. We always had at the reception somebody who did speak vey well English. The reception team was always very helpful. Super. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen, microwave, laundry machine with washing powder bags. They cleaned the apartment every day. Always water bottles and coffee bag provided. This was a very, very good experience for us in Shanghai. Thank to all of them who made our stay so comfortable.
