CanadaA very attentive staff, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed, controllable heat/air conditioner, and daily housekeeping. Shower is powerful and hot, and the toilet had a warm bidet. The breakfast buffet has good selection both Western and Chinese, cereal and fruit, porridge and rice, and with any order type of eggs on demand. They tried to vary the menu on a daily and weekly basis. There is a beautiful park along the canal next door, which we had a spectacular view of from our 20th floor windows, and with the twin needle towers (188) and the "trouser pants" towers of Suzhou Centre in the background. The elevators are extremely efficient. 24 hour attendants at the desk.
