A superb host who made sure we had a great time during our short stay in Fontibon. He has given us a drive around Engativa and Fontibon to help us set for our travel, exchage some money, get a Colombian socket adaptor, buy and register Colombian sim cards etc. Thank you very mch for your help with our arrival just before Navidad. Very hospitable place, well-equipped and clean room in a safe and lively area of Bogota, quite close to the airport, and with multiple options for shopping, partying and eating out. Comfortable beds and ambiental temperature, great hot water shower. A perfect stay for us in the nice city of Bogota.

The apartment is big and well-decorated. The bed is very comfortable and there is all the basic equipment in the kitchen. The hotel is located in Usequen, a safe and wealthy neighborhood, so one can stroll around at night time without worries. There are quite a few very good supermarkets within walking distance, I particularly liked Carulla Fresh supermarket. The vegetable and fruits are fresh and I think everything is better priced than Gastronomy supermarket. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I asked them to help me get a taxi to the old town and the airport, and they did it through an app and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes.

We loved everything since the very first moment. After a long trip (we were traveling with a 2 years old kid and a 6 month baby), we had welcoming drinks in the bar and they helped us a lot with all our needs (huge luggage, hiring private city tour, etc). The room had everything we needed and super comfortable for our family. Special mention to the personnel, all of them, without exception, were marvelous. We will surely come back and highly recommend it!

The apartment is very and everything works well. The building is rather cold, but they provide many layers of covers and extra blanket, so I had no problem there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient for starting a day. The place is safe and in nice and quiet area. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Altogether I had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    I very rarely give a top 10 rating to hotels I've stayed in, but this aparthotel in the center of Bogota is a rare exception. Modern high-rise building with 24-hour security, 24 hour reception, everything is absolutely new, clean. This is a real luxury residential complex with superbly equipped apartments.

    Very comfortable apartment hotel. We had a room with a balcony that was amazing to relax on. The location is quiet and safe at night and a few minutes walk to many fantastic restaurants. Rooms and amenities were very clean.

    The location is excellent. It is very close to Calle 109, which has plenty of good restaurants. The room was great for our family of three. We also spent 2 nights at the Faranda, which is not far away. Plaza Suites was better located, better for self catering and better priced. To get the equivalent room in Faranda we needed to book the 2 king and 1 queen 1 bedroom suite. But even that had limited self catering. The breakfasts were better at Faranda. A much bigger selection of food.
