The rooms are big, clean, and cozy. The rooms are new and very well-appointed. Very quiet. It's a beautiful place, the natural surroundings are spectacular. The place is easy to find. It's very clean, has a lovely pool, is fully equipped, and has very comfortable beds and pillows. The hosts are very attentive and generous, welcoming you with coconut water. It has a small natural lake with turtles. During the day, you can see and hear the monkeys. The hosts also give you tips on places to visit and recommend places to eat. It's only 8 minutes from Cahuita National Park, 20 minutes from Puerto Viejo, and 25 minutes from Manzanillo Beach. I highly recommend this place.

Selva Madre Eco-Sanctuary is a real oasis of peace just a few km out from the main road and reachable by a very good path (good to know when driving in Costa Rica). Mary is a beautiful kind person, a great yoga teacher and also a good chef as she cooked us an amazing dinner and breakfast in the jungle; she made our staying a unique experience.

Beautiful villa surrounded by jungle and the sound of birds, monkeys and other fauna. Saw hummingbirds and other birds daily through my room window or on the terrace while having breakfast. The pool area was nice very nice. We had a car and the beach, town and supermarket was just a few minutes drive. The owner, Yuri, was kind and very helpful with anything, available 24/7 and made delicious piña colada!

Amanda was very nice and helpful with all questions throughout my stay. The room is a good size and has a fridge, fan & AC. The kitchen is small and located outside the room which is a bit awkward but only shared with one other room so its ok. Location is perfect- so close to everything!

Babilonia is in Cahuita, also very close to the beach, few minutes walk. The place was very quiet, between threes and bushes, we even had a sloth on the three next to our place. The place was very clean, and the garbage taken out daily, towels changed every other day. The owner also lives on the property, very helpful.

The location is about 500 metres away from the beach but it's located on a high slope so you get views of the ocean from the apartment. The sunrise view is very pretty. And they have constructed a cemented driveway which is just wonderful.

This was exactly what we needed. The location was amazing - right on the beach and the staff were fantastic. It wasn’t too busy with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious as was the food in general and the cocktails (including our welcome one!). The room had some frills - 2 fridges and very comfy new beds. We loved hanging out with the team and listening to the local Calypso band. I’d highly recommend this place for a laid-back low key beach stay.
