LithuaniaWe booked an apartment and sent a message that we would arrive at 22:00 (check-in until 23:00). Upon arrival, we can't find how to enter because the owner didn't send a full confirmation. I tried calling... no answer. SMS doesn't respond. After calling the Booking help center (they asked to wait 45 minutes), the reservation was canceled. So finally we went out into the street at midnight. All the hotels in the city were either occupied or couldn't be booked (midnight and check-in is impossible). So we had quite big challenges with a child at night after 1000km driving, if you want, you can try to book these apartments.
