But in the end, I was informed that we had been given a free room upgrade and the flat was on a different street, even closer to Frauenkirche. When we entered the flat, it turned out that the apartment we were given had a panoramic window and a gorgeous view of the Frauenkirche! Very beautiful! Location was amazing and the room was big with kitchenette and washing machine. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They are serviced apartments, with no on site staff after hours. Reception is in the souvenir shop on the ground floor of the building. Receptionist was very helpful. Apartment itself very comfortable, very clean, modern. Ours had a small kitchen with everything needed to cook simple meals. It had a dishwasher and ours had a washing machine.
