It was truly a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and communicative, which greatly enhanced our stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Amanda and Carla. Their exceptional niceness and efficiency made both our check-in and check-out processes incredibly smooth. Their helpfulness was truly appreciated. The location was great. Two stations are in 5 mins walk from hotel. It was quiet clean area. I would highly recommend this aparthotel.

The apartment was very close to the city center (20 minutes on foot, 2 stops by subway) and in a very decent location. There are markets, cafes, and shopping malls within walking distance. The room is large enough, it heats up well. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking.

The place is very relaxing, clean, and tidy. Everything feels fresh and new, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, suddenly, we had to evacuate the building twice due to fire alarms going off. This unexpected disruption made our experience frustrating and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

What a great place! It really felt like a luxury experience. The bed was amazing. Everything was super clean, including the bed sheets (they felt as new!). They even provided coffee capsules. The location is great -if you need to stay near the airport. The shuttle is super convenient. In 2 minutes walk there are great restaurants and amazing Rewe shop. And the best part is the stuff. Seriously, those guys are beyond friendly and helpful. And I have never seen better replies - I was messaging them to clarify something about the shuttle - and they were replying so thoughtful and personally to me as they had so much energy and patience for me... It felt amazing. So - best customer service ever!

Two of us stayed in an apartment, rather than a room. We spent spend four days during the heat wave specifically to be somewhere with air conditioning, as we live on our boat. The staff deliberately put us into an apartment on the side of the building away from the sun, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even in the 101 degree heat. The kitchen particularly impressed me. Whoever selected the cookware, tools and gadgets must be a cook. Potato peeler, spatula, SHARP knives, etc., etc. The dishwasher was a terrific addition as we did cook in the flat. The staff was very kind at all times. They even gave us a topper when we said the mattress was too hard. The pub-style game room/lounge was very comfortable and welcoming. The onsite washing machine and dryer make it obvious that the Adagio is a great choice for people who spend several days in Frankfurt If this aparthotel is typical of the Accor chain, they definitely will see me as a repeat customer. Another thing worth noting is that there is a tram that runs directly in front of the building, and it is only a five-minute walk to the U-Bahn, so the location is very convenient. There is a large park across the street, and several restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
