The place was very clean and comfortable, it’s in nature so close to hiking paths and the host was super accommodating!

We are very pleased with our stay in Parkotel Flora. After our first accommodation fell through last minute, while already on our way and almost there, I got on booking and scrambled to find a new place to stay that would accept dogs. We are so lucky that it was this hotel we landed at. Couldn't be happier. Booked and called to confirm. That's when the fantastic experience started. The location is great, less than 5 min walk to the center of Bad Grund with a choice of cute cafes and restaurants, bus stops, and a grocery store. On-Site parking is free and available. The rooms were a bit dated but still of better quality than some more modern hotels in the area. Quality over quantity seems to be the motto here. Everything is in fantastic condition and the rooms were very cozy and homey. The layout is very nice. Big windows provide a very nice view complemented by a balcony to take in the fresh air. The bedroom is separate which is nice. The bathrooms were modern and extremely nice. Everything was very clean. Despite the hotel being very full it was never too loud. All meals at this hotel are exceptional. As we arrived in the afternoon and decided to indulge in coffee and cake and let me tell you, the cheesecake is to die for. We stayed here with our dog and everyone was very nice to our pup. Hiking trails behind the property allow you to go for a quick walk in the morning so your dog can do its business. We had a designated spot at the restaurant. Altogether it was a fabulous stay. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.
