This is a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay in Luxor. The property consists of two separate houses facing each other within the same garden, which creates a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Each house is fully private and complete, with a small living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The houses are modern, newly built, and very well equipped. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality was excellent. We were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay the hosts were always attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything or if cleaning was required. Although the property is on the West Bank, there are several restaurants nearby and small shops where you can buy water and basic supermarket items, which made daily logistics quite easy.

A very comfortable stay, close to all the main tourist attractions, such as the Valley of the Kings, and boasting a stunning view. The owner was a wonderful host, helping us immensely with arranging tours and transportation. Upon our return to Luxor, later in our trip, we stayed here again.

Amazingly friendly owner and driver that we had the opportunity to go around with in Luxor. Warm hearted and very welcoming people who gave us an exellent stay at the Villa. I can strongly recommend this place, and also the fact that it's by walking distance from the Nile and a lovely breakfast in the morning. We have the best of the experiences, the attention was very familiar and Mohammed helped us on anything we needed, we felt like home.
