It was an amazing stay. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff very kind and responsive. I actually travel a lot for work and this was the best stay I had in a long time! Highly recommend! Also I was able to check in earlier and store my luggage free of charge.

We were greeted by Emma at reception, who was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and having a sauna in the room was a nice addition. The included breakfast was provided by Patio de Leones, next door to the hotel, which was excellent. The flamenco show adjacent to the residence was authentic and entertaining.

It is in a fantastic location for exploring Madrid. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and you are in the centre of the theatre district. The room was large and comfortable with all the facilities you need for a few days stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you could always find them hidden away in their little cupboard on the ground floor.
