Loved this quirky, beautiful apartment in a great location. We really felt like we were stepping into a charming French film with all the great decor and with shops, bars and stunning views on the doorstep. The apartment is very well thought out with everything you'd need for a great stay. We particularly enjoyed watching a film on the huge TV while there was a thunderstorm outside that we could see/hear through the big skylight windows. A perfect, light and clean apartment for a romantic stay in town.

This really was a fantastic studio apartment, booked at the last minute and it turned out to be the perfect solution for our needs. Communication from the owners was excellent, giving us all the important information very promptly. The apartment had been designed and built to a very high specification and was in pristine condition. Located very conveniently for all the local facilities and although there is no onsite parking there is a free public car park just across the road.

Located 2.8 km from Hirondelle Golf Course, Le Rempart du Midi offers 4-star accommodation in Angoulême and features a garden. Spa facilities is available for guests.

Fantastic apartment - kitchen incredibly well equipped, bedroom very comfortable, bathroom excellent. Everything was to a very high specification and exceedingly clean. Great view from the window and wonderful to have the use of a hot tub & garden terrace. The host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
