There are some very nice details of the apartment, but some parts still need renovation. It was better than I expected based on the reviews. Comfortable, well-equipped. Very nice helpful staff, great pool. Comfortable big bed, I was very happy with the many pillows.

It's a beautiful residence, secure, clean, comfortable and with great facilities. Stephanie is a great host, communication excellent, easy to park (secure parking), effortless check-in and check-out. Thoroughly recommended 10/10 (and the town is lovely).

The 3-storey residence with lift is located in the city centre, opposite the Parc Ducontenia is close to the pedestrian streets.

Receptionist Celine was first-class throughout - extremely friendly & helpful in responding to our queries & such a wonderful ambassador for both Pierre & Vacances & St. Jean de Luz. Right from our check-in, she really made us feel so welcome & took the time to take us through the map of St. Jean de Luz, pointing out all the key attractions in town & in the surrounding areas - and, giving us some really useful tips on how to get the most from our day trips to Bilbao & San Sebastien. Accomodstion very central and close yo the beach staff.are very friendly and helpful but the accommadition itself is very basic..kitchen has no supplies I.e washing up liquid/ tea towel or scrun pad to do the washing up / no toilet rolls either, but was giving one upon request...

Helpful reception staff, the location of the hotel is fantastic and its a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay at. Its the second time we visit -it was super practical: we could park the car safely in the basement, its animal-friendly perfect with big balcony and a nice park 2 min walk from hotel, perfect for dog walks in the morning and evening, the apartments are really nice and clean. We would love to retun.
