They have comfortable family rooms with a kitchenette ( and with a door between bedrooms, so you can expect some privacy) and excellent SPA complex. Fair price, tasty breakfast and dinner. We come to this hotel not the first time, because it offers really good price with thermal SPA included, and they improve rooms by making some renovations. Very clean. There is a big free of charge parking in a few minutes walking distance, Cauterets town by itself is charming and cozy. There is a supermarket in a few minutes, bistro with pizza and a market with some food made-to-go, so You have plenty of options. The funicular is also very close to the hotel, so there is always a choice of activities. What I really love is their SPA, it is not that big, but very cozy and well equipped. They also have good quality toiletries in their SPA.

Beautiful location with many walks nearby, 5 minutes walk to Cauterets. Marianne from the reception is very nice, helpful and her english very good! The appartment spacious, clean quiet and incredible views, we enjoyed it very much, MERCI BEAUCOUP!

The location is fantastic, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The indoor hot water pool was a highlight of my stay. It was well-maintained, and the water temperature was perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of sightseeing. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Ideal location for cycling in Pyrenees. Accommodation was really clean and exactly as described. Welcome instructions where spot on and easy to understand. It had everything we needed. Shower was superb after a day's cycling. Bonus was having a washer, li en provided and somewhere safe for the bikes we hired. Really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we liked was the beautiful view from the cabins.

The owners were very nice and helpful, and welcomed us with a drink. The location is amazing, great for cycling and other outdoor activities. There is a little shop and restaurant at the campings near by, and towns are a short drive away. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is quiet. We loved our stay and definitely will go back!
