From the first welcome from a very helpful receptionist to the discovery of the light airy apartment, we felt at ease. The hotel is also between the river (below) and the old Plantagenet town (above) with easy access on foot to both.

Everything. I want to live there! This property is run primarily as an old age home, but it is important that people don’t get stuck on that. It is state of the art, with more facilities than most five star hotels and the loveliest staff and residents. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It is on an upper floor with lift access and wide hallways. The building is very well situated within Le Mans and walking distance from plenty of services and attractions. Le Mans is also well situated for wider travel both north and south. We would definitely stay here again!

    This is a smart new aparthotel right in the centre of Le Mans. It's very close and an easy walk to the cathedral and centre. The room was fine for a one night stay. Friendly staff. Did not try the breakfast.
