The location and building are incredible. We got the grand tour from the owner and Luna the dog. A unique experience to stay in such a remarkable building. The views from the terrace are stunning. Would happily stay here again.

The apartment is contained within a large, modern ‘assisted living’ complex, rather like a long-term, up-market hotel for senior citizens. There is free, secure parking in an underground car park and a lift takes you to reception and then the upper floors. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped and the bed is huge, being formed from two singles pushed together. Overall, the bed was very comfortable. Although the apartment is located in the ‘commercial’ area, it is a short walk over the river to the old medieval centre and the cathedral.
