The hotel is at a very convenient location just by the station. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also had no problem with checking us in slightly earlier without waiting, which was a nice touch. The apartments are new and clean and the price is very reasonable.

Absolutely terrible customer service you might as will kill yourself than use them. Late check in, no room ready, wouldn't cancel after not accommodating. Refused to work at all with customer and said you are wrong we are great. Booking.com was no help at all either totally sided with vendor, no respect and absolutely telling everyone to refrain from using Booking.com might as well sleep on the street and get mugged would rank that a 1 out of 10.
