We enjoyed staying at this hotel. At the entrance a worker gave us a card key and clearly explained some simple rules (like how to open doors, etc.). The spacious elevator with blue lighting set a fun mood. The room is roomy enough for relaxation and has everything we needed: a sink, dishes, a frying pan, a microwave, a kettle, salt, sugar, milk and tea. The bathroom is spacious with a towel warmer that's always on (a very important feature). It also has all the necessary toiletries like shampoo, soap, and more. The view from the window is stunning, making it pleasant to fall asleep and a joy to admire during breakfast. Across the street is an amazing fish and chips café, and nearby there's a grocery store with everything you might need. Ability to buy grocery and cook saved us a lot of money and it was very convinient. There's also a subway station and bus stops within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

It was really near from the metro station. Nearby we had a supermarket, and we discover (thanks to the receptionist) a really nice place to brunch : Kyla's! We had a big window with a nice view, the bed was comfortable. All the receptionists were really kind and helpful, the last day we could keep the room one more hour and were really grateful for that! We were in London to celebrate our year anniversary and we had a really good time and memories, we will definitely come back!

Everything was just wonderful! The attention to details, the suite was very clean, the appliances were top notch, absolutely incredible! …and the staff…. the human touch was out of this world!! We told them our son had a birthday, and while we were away they decorated the room with baloons, it was fantastic! We’ll definitely stay here again, it was the best experience we had yet (:

The location is excellent - less than 10mins mins from Liverpool Train and Tube Station. Close to various shops and restaurants. Our room was nice and spacy with a kitchenette (and with every possible utensil we needed). Air conditioner worked; they had big and fluffy towels in bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer and even umbrellas to use. The room was very quiet. The staff was lovely and the bar area really nice.
