The apart hotel is beautiful, Chugureti is a great hood to discover Tbilisi. The check in and check out are self managed and we did not meet anyone from the staff, but all went smoothly and we have already decided to come back here next time we'll be back.

Great location, close to metro and buses. Kitchen was well equipped, overall everything was clean and very pretty. Room service cleans room, changes sheets and gives new towels at least twice a week. No complaints

Great location - close to the city centre and main attractions, but it was very quiet at the same time. The room was nice and clean, it had everything that might be needed even for a longer stay, but the best aspect was an extremely nice and kind owner. She was very helpful and allowed earlier check in, which made my journey so much easier.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, within the charming Old Tbilisi area. It's a very safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff and the owner, Lilly, are very friendly, full of great advice, and can successfully assist you with planning excursions outside the town. I highly recommend Paskunji Residence, whether for a family trip or a personal getaway.

The location was super easy to find. We took a taxi from the airport and it took us right to the entrance. The host sent very clear instructions beforehand too. The stay was absolutely amazing. It’s very easy to get to the centre and the cable to the botanical garden is ten minutes’ walk away. There’s a delicious bakery next to the stay, where I went almost every morning! Nothing beats a fresh Georgian pie. Everything was clean and working well. There’s a shared kitchen. There’s cleaning service every day. The host was a super kind lady. She replied our messages immediately all the time. One day it rained and she or the cleaning lady even brought our laundries in! I’ll miss my time there. And my partner will surely miss all the kittens in the yard.
