Everything about the hotel was perfect. Maria and the team looked after us throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was generous and delicious every day. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the pool area and bar were quiet and very relaxing serving delicious food and very good cocktails.

Check-out guests are offered a luggage storage facility and an opportunity to shower (with clean towels, soap and a foot scrub🙂) incase your flight is scheduled for a much later time after checkout. With this, they also provide you a key to accesses these facilities 24/7 and once you are done you just leave the key at the reception desk - this for me is a super plus!! The hosts, including the cleaning staff, are extremely friendly and welcoming and very responsive - anything you need, they are at your disposal. With the room comes a welcoming treat which is left in your room….another super plus!! I’ll definitely be returning!!

We stayed at Bella Vista just as everywhere was going into lock down a couple of years ago. We were made fantastically welcome then and so had to come back and visit this time round. Nothing had changed and we were so pleased to see Pannos, the owner, and catch up. Almost as if we hadn't been away. Thankyou.

The apartment was cute, comfy and clean with modern style, beautiful scenery, had a real Creta vibe 🙂 Situated in a village Coutouloufari on the mountain, didn’t mind little 15 minute walk down to Chersonissos centre and beach. Many shops and restaurants also near the apartments. Loved the pool with mountain view and bar with friendly staff. All staff really made me feel welcomed 🙂

We were a group of 9 young people, all 23 years old, who came to enjoy the Cretan sunshine… and we definitely got what we came for! From the moment we arrived in Hersonissos, we were charmed by the place and not just because of the cocktails at the bar (though we highly recommend them 🍹). The apartments are super comfortable, and the pool is really pleasant. The location is perfect just a stone’s throw from shops, the beach, and the nightclubs of Hersonissos. Everything is designed to make your stay simple, convenient, and enjoyable. But above all, a huge thank you to Valentina! Always smiling, caring, and full of great advice, she played a big part in making our stay such a success. Her kindness and warm welcome will remain among our best memories (along with the gyros and the sunshine, of course 🌞). Thanks again for everything! 5 stars please guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Grange

Nice, clean and modern apartment close to the sea with a bakery and a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment was a great base for us as we explored around the island of Crete on a motorcycle and the host (George) was marvellous!

    I loved the location and view from our apartment, Anna lovely and Costa really nice people, stayed for 2 weeks only thing is the fridge was to small and freezer didn't work, considering this was self catering spent alot more money eating out which proved rather costly but apart from that had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return in the near future. The cleaning lady was brilliant!!

    We stayed in self catering apartment 226 that had a lovely huge balcony looking over the sea and above the main strip. Whilst there is noise from the street until about 7am it didn't bother us. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Location is great, just a 5 minute walk into the village centre. The accommodation is spotless, apartments had plenty of storage, space to move around and all essentials for comfort and self catering. It's family run and they are all amazing, lovely and attentive people. They hosted a Sunday barbecue evening and as we were the only English couple we were able to chat and spend time with some wonderful people from across Europe, it was one of the best nights of our holiday. We will definitely be back!
