Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

Excellent apartment with everything you need. The mattresses were the most comfortable I ever slept on while on holiday. The host is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including by providing us with water bottles, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc. The place is cleaned very well everyday. The internet is fast and works perfectly. There are three Android tvs with Netflix, Prime etc. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.

I booked my stay because of other people's glowing reviews I found online about this hotel. And boy, they were 100% correct. We should be all so lucky to stay at this hotel, with all its genuine high standard hospitality offered and fabulous views of sea. Great breakfast was as well. Great atmosphere. Even the cleaners have smiles on their faces. Well done.

“I am beyond words with how satisfied I am with the hospitality of this place. During the floods the hotel staff were beyond their jobs to make sure everyone was okay and happy, and allowed all guests to stay as long as needed with no additional costs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I’d like to leave my special thank you to the staff for their kindness to even provide a transfer when I needed the most. I hope to come back soon”

Perhaps the best place to relax in Skiathos. About two minutes from the center and the old port. An incredible villa with all the amenities, without any complaints. Manolis is very accommodating, always ready to help. I recommend 100%!!!

The best in Skiathos, perfect for family or a romantic getaway. This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities. Everyone from the staff is so kind, they make the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!     The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with all facilities required to stay self catering. Having booked an apartment we had a huge balcony overlooking the bay of Kolios which was stunning. The host was very friendly and accommodating and on hand most of the time if you required help or advice and a chat. You are close to sandy beaches and a handful of lovely restaurants with views of the sea and the bus stop No 13 is pretty much at the end of the road.
